Nicole grew up in Pasadena, CA and moved to San Diego, CA her sophomore year of high school. She was recruited to play at top Division 1 and Division 2 colleges, but tore her ACL during her senior year. After taking a year and a half off of soccer, she committed to playing at Grossmont College where she was a team captain for two years and led her team to two championships. After Grossmont College she received a scholarship to play at Columbus State College in Georgia. After Columbus State she decided to move and play for Kansas Wesleyan on a scholarship for her last year of collegiate soccer, here she won league and had a NAIA National Championship appearance making it to the round of 16. She majored in General Physical Education with a minor in Nutrition and Kinesiology.
She has coached competitive club soccer for 7 years, and has coached at Sharks for the past 3 years. She coached at Patrick Henry High School and was the Head Coach for Junior Varsity and Varsity assistant for 2 years. She was also the Head coach of Junior Varsity at Poway High School for 4 years, as well as a volunteer assistant for Grossmont College for 1 year.
