Chelsea Davis joins the Sharks coaching staff from

Chelsea Davis joins the Sharks coaching staff from San Diego Surf Soccer Club.

Hailing from Northern California, Davis entered the competitive club world when she was 13. She was recruited to many NCAA DI schools but chose the University of Houston to begin her collegiate career. She then transferred to Fresno State University to finish her schooling.

She started her coaching career as an assistant for the Academy of Art University while completing her Masters Degree.

Davis then played semi-professionally in Sweden for a year before going to Australia. She was the head coach for the Australia Reserves U20s at the University of Sydney. Heading back to the States, Davis joined the coaching staff at her alma mater, Fresno State.

After being there for a couple of seasons, she then moved to University of San Francisco where she was the assistant for two seasons.

The DMCV Sharks Winter League Program, also known

The DMCV Sharks Winter League Program, also known as Junior World Cup, is back for 2022!

The program was established in 2004 and meets on Sundays in March and April.

Sundays: 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3 (Rain makeup 4/10)

This program was created for boys and girls ages 4 to 13.

$150 per player.

Emma Greenwood joins the @dmcvsharks coaching staff from San Diego Surf Soccer Club. From Sheffield, England she fell in love with football being an avid Sheffield Wednesday fan. Tryouts for the DMCV Sharks Younger age groups wil

Tryouts for the DMCV Sharks Younger age groups will begin the week of 1/10/2022.

Girls tryouts will be held Monday (1/10) and Friday (1/14) at the Carmel Valley Recreation Center

Girls 2017-2013 from 3:45-5:00

Girls 2012, 2011, 2009 from 5:15-6:30

Girls 2010 and 2008 from 6:45-8:00

Boys tryouts will be held Tuesday (1/11) Thursday (1/13) at the Ocean Air Rec Center.

Boys 2017-2014 from 3:45-5:00

Boys 2013-2011 from 5:15-6:30

Boys 2010-2008 from 6:45-8:00

All players must register for tryouts prior to attendance.

NEW DATES HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED FOR THE SHARKS WINTER CAMPS!!!

The DMCV Sharks Winter Break Camp is designed for children between the ages of 5 – 12.

The Camp will be focused on creating a fun and engaging soccer environment. The campers will be exposed to different soccer-related games and activities based on their level and experience. The goal is for the campers to continue developing their skills, increase their understanding of the game, and grow their love for the sport.

All our camps are under the guidance of our Sharks competitive coaches.

Please have your camper bring a ball, plenty of water, sunscreen, a snack, and wear shinguards and cleats.

All campers will receive a camp tshirt.

Dates/Times:
Camp 1 -Monday, December 27 through Friday, December 31
Camp 2 - Monday, January 3 through Friday January 7
9:00am to 12:00pm
Drop off/check in begins at 8:30am

Amount:
$200 full camp; $50 daily rate.
